Return Policy

Our objective at SAMARA is to ensure you pleased with your purchase. If for any reason you received Defective or Wrong Item, you may return your purchase. When return, please make sure the item is still UNWORN, UNWASHED, and in UNALTERED condition with ALL TAGS ATTACHED. We cannot accept returns that have been torn, soiled or damaged due to incorrect washing or use.
 
We also DO NOT accept any return from the third party EXCEPT from our Dropship Agent. Returns must be shipped out within 7 days of receiving your order. Buyer bears the cost of shipping the item back to us yet we will refund the postage fee once we are done with the new delivery via the FUND TRANSFER only for Normal Price item. Please note that we only accept return for Defective or Wrong Item.   
Other than that, please aware that we DO NOT offer exchange or return for items that wrongly choose by customer in terms of sizing and colours. For more question do not hesitate to email us. Please email us at
